Is made exclusively with buffalo milk of our production, from free-range buffalo at lake Kerkini.

Compared to cow's milk, Buffalo milk contains 58% more calcium,40% more protein and 43% less cholesterol.

It is also in iron, phosphorus and vitamin A. It is the ideal solution for people allergic to cow's milk.

Our pasta is always fresh, because it is produced according to demand.

No preservatives are used.
